The Role
We're not looking for a channel operator. We're looking for a cross-channel thinker who happens to be sharp on paid and organic — someone who can own the strategy behind a campaign, not just run it.
You'll work across 1–3 client accounts, building the thinking and executing the plan. Briefs, channel strategy, content direction, performance reporting — that's your world. You'll work closely with our content production team to make sure what goes out is both on-brand and built to perform.
This is an entry point into a broader strategic career at PSA. Do this well, and the path opens toward CRM, brand strategy, and full-funnel ownership.
What You'll Do
Own campaign strategy and planning across paid and organic channels for your accounts
Write clear, compelling briefs that give the creative team what they need to execute
Launch and manage campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and organic social
Track performance, build weekly reports, and turn data into actionable recommendations
Partner with content production to align creative output with channel strategy
Think cross-channel — connecting paid, organic, and eventually CRM into a coherent plan
What You Bring
2–3 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and organic social strategy
The ability to write a brief as confidently as you read a dashboard
A cross-channel mindset — you think about the full journey, not just one touchpoint
Familiarity with analytics and reporting (Meta Business Suite, GA4, or equivalent)
Comfort working with AI tools and integrating them into your workflow
Bonus: experience with CRM channels — email, push, or SMS
